Bio

Sarah earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Southern Methodist University. While in Dallas, she was accepted into a summer buyer training program at Neiman Marcus and gained invaluable insight and experience in buying and department store management. After a successful early career in finance and business development, Sarah returned to her true passion and earned an Associates degree in product development from FIDM in Los Angeles.

For the last 15 years Sarah has honed her experience and fashion industry knowledge by working for some of the biggest players, including St. John Knits, BCBG Max Azria Group, 7 for all Mankind and True Religion Brand Jeans. After running SL Apparel Solutions from 2011-2013, Sarah went to join the executive team at TOMS as the SVP of Sales. With the relaunch of SL Apparel Solutions in February of 2015, Sarah is excited to be back focused on her love for building brands and teams and sharing her knowledge to make a far-reaching impact.

She attributes her success to three key talents: a clear understanding of market trends; a keen ability to generate new business and product opportunities; and an innate skill in team-building and cultivating relationships. Executing improved bottom lines and developing productive teams simultaneously, Sarah exemplifies the importance of professionalism and integrity in achieving success.

Sarah has been invited to speak to classes at FIDM, the CCA Fashion Design School and has mentored participants at the Fashionista “How to Make It in Fashion” conference. She is an Executive Member of the Fashion Group International and member of the National Association of Professional Women.
